We just couldn’t stay away! Less than 48 hours from his departure, Joy and I drove all the way up to St. Joseph, Missouri to visit #71.
Football season can be intense but our football family eases the burden. I have met some incredible people during Jeff’s time in the NFL. We all have different backgrounds and different hometowns, yet we still bond over the one thing that brought us here– football. Our guys line up together every Sunday, and it’s our job to be their biggest fans.
It was awesome introducing Joy to these women after they all helped celebrate her anticipated arrival. She already has tons of friends and “aunties and uncles” to watch out for her. Training camp marks a new beginning every year and I’m excited to meet some new ladies to cheer with! No matter what happens we can say we went through this together!
