Great news! We have found a local Kansas City Photographer to take our engagement pictures. Her name is Kristin McCoppin, owner of Pond Photography. It was a late decision to even have an engagement session but a recent Pinterest binge inspired me and I have a great idea to use some of the photos we take. Kristin and I had a chance to meet up at this adorable little tea and juice spot in Kansas City.
This was all after I got the spider out of my car. I was calling Jeff (who is 60 miles away, I might add) freaking out and trying to figure out what to do. He was of little to no help so I had to face the spider alone. I threw things, swatted at it with my yoga mat, and tried to blow the spider away but what worked was simply opening the passenger door and letting it crawl out. Still ashamed I was having a moment in the parking garage of our building… but it happens.
Back to our meeting, we discussed photography style, locations, and what to wear. We even spent a little time perusing Pinterest for inspiration. I couldn’t be more excited about what we have planned. She was so attentive and came up with some great ideas (This was especially appreciated because I am slowly turning into the slightly overwhelmed and confused bride!)
