This post is long overdue! So last time I checked in, Jeff and I were moving, flying to Texas, and getting settled into our new home. As promised, I have a couple more pictures of the home to post!

In other news, we made a trip to Jeff’s Hometown to watch his niece graduate from the 8th grade! We are so incredibly proud of her! She’s not a little girl anymore…
We enjoyed a nice brief ceremony at Jeff’s Alma Mater and then had a lovely dinner at the Grand Lux. She racked up on the graduation presents/ money!!
The weekend also served as a chance for Jeff and I to spend a little (more) quality time together. We witnessed the Heat win the championship at this cute little South Loop Bistro called Kroll’s.
(Just note– Jeff’s nephew is taller than him)
I still have another post full of details from our trip but I’ll let the suspense build.
Back here in KC, things are pretty normal. I have resumed my Fusion Fitness Classes and we had grilled steaks, grilled corn, and grilled peaches for dinner. Jeff and I are headed to Jack Cornell’s wedding this weekend and can’t wait to catch up with some of our friends!
The grilled peaches were delicious, most definitely recommended.
